We offer a 14-day return period on all items from the date of delivery. If any clothing item(s) you have ordered is wrong we will pay the cost to return the item(s) to us. If any clothing item(s) are unsuitable or you require a different size you will be liable to pay the cost of returning the item(s) back to our Mumbles store. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return. Any items requiring a refund can take 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank, and any items requiring a different size will be sent on the same working day if received before the dispatch cut off time of 2PM.

The returns policy for Homewares & Giftware and Furniture is similar. If for any reason the item has been damaged or you are sent the wrong item we will pay for the cost to return it back to us. If the item(s) are unsuitable then you will be liable for the return postage cost.
