Order before 3:30pm Monday – Thursday

Orders placed after 3:30pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following working day.
Next day orders placed on Friday after 2.30pm will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note next day delivery is not a guaranteed service, as delays may occasionally occur within the Royal Mail network.

We regularly ship to customers across Europe, the USA and many other international destinations worldwide.
International delivery prices are calculated at checkout once you select your delivery country.
All international parcels are sent via Royal Mail and may be passed to local postal partners once they arrive in the destination country.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from Goose Island containing your Royal Mail tracking link.
Royal Mail may also provide delivery updates and a delivery time window where available.
Delivery Enquiries
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery updates can be followed using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 24 hours, as Royal Mail delays can occasionally occur.
If your parcel has still not arrived after this time, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Collection Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
This service is available for customers in Swansea and surrounding areas.
You will receive a collection notification email once your order is ready.
Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Safe Place / Neighbour Deliveries
If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk.
Once Royal Mail confirms delivery and provides proof of delivery, including photographic evidence where available, Goose Island cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are subsequently lost or missing.
Proof of Delivery
If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, including where photographic proof or GPS confirmation is supplied, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Goose Island cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by Royal Mail.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail, an additional delivery charge may apply to resend the order.
Goose Island cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Refunds on Postage
Delivery charges are non-refundable where:
- Items are returned because they are unwanted, unsuitable or do not fit
- Royal Mail attempted delivery but no one was available
- Incorrect delivery information was provided
- Royal Mail was unable to access the address
- Royal Mail delays occur outside of our control
Orders placed separately cannot be combined once processed.
