Important Information

• Orders placed after 3:30pm Monday–Thursday will be dispatched the next working day.
• Friday orders after 2:30pm will be dispatched on Monday.
• Next Working Day is not guaranteed — occasional Royal Mail delays may occur.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, and many other countries. Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on your location. All international parcels are sent via Royal Mail and may be handed to local postal services.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with your Royal Mail link.

Collection Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

These are done at your own risk. Once Royal Mail confirms delivery (including photo proof), we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
