Our VIP Rewards Programme rewards you every time you shop. Earn points on your purchases and turn them into vouchers to spend on future orders.

How To Earn Points

You earn points every time you shop with us, as well as through a few simple actions.

  • Create a Goose Island account – 350 welcome points
  • Like us on Facebook – 100 points
  • Share on Facebook – 100 points
  • Follow us on Instagram – 100 points
  • Place an order and earn points depending on your VIP tier

Points are added to your account once your order has been completed.

VIP Tier Levels

As you collect more points, you will move up through our VIP tiers and earn more points for every £1 you spend.

VIP Pink

Entry level when you join

1 point for every £1 spent

VIP Silver

Unlocked when you earn

1,000 VIP points

2 points for every £1 spent

VIP Gold

Unlocked when you earn

5,000 VIP points

4 points for every £1 spent

Your tier is based on the total points you have earned over time, so using your points for rewards will not move you down a tier.

How To Spend Your Points

You can convert your points into vouchers to use at checkout.

  • 500 points = £5 voucher (minimum spend £25)
  • 1000 points = £10 voucher (minimum spend £40)
  • 1500 points = £15 voucher (minimum spend £50)

Simply generate your voucher through the VIP Rewards panel and apply the code at checkout.

Reward vouchers cannot be used with other discount codes.

Once VIP points have been redeemed and converted into reward vouchers, they are considered used and cannot be added back onto your account if items are later returned or refunded.

Birthday Rewards

Customers in our higher VIP tiers receive birthday reward points as a little treat from us.

  • VIP Silver – 500 birthday points
  • VIP Gold – 700 birthday points

Birthday points are automatically added to your rewards account on your birthday.

Please make sure your birthday is added to your rewards profile in the VIP Rewards panel.

Your birthday must be added to your account at least 30 days before your birthday in order to receive the reward.
