We hope you absolutely love your Goose Island order.
But if something is not quite right, return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returns via Our Portal: Customers who opt into Checkout+ will receive a free return shipping label. For customers who opt out, £3.50 deducted from your refund.

How to Return

  • Items unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Shoes tried indoors only + original box
  • Securely packed

  • Use the provided label/QR code
  • Drop off at any Royal Mail point
  • Keep proof of postage

When Will I Get My Refund?

Allow 10–14 days from posting for your return to reach us and be processed.

  • Royal Mail returns usually take 3-4 days to reach us
  • Returns are processed in the order received
  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email
  • Your bank may take 2–5 extra working days to show the refund

Return Conditions

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags
  • Free from makeup, tan, perfume, deodorant, odours or marks
  • In original condition suitable for resale
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Faulty or Incorrect Items +

Faulty items returned via Royal Mail will have the £3.50 fee waived. Report within 30 days.

Exchanges +

Exchanges can be requested through our return portal! Any additional balance should be paid by following the prompts after submitting your return. Your new item will be shipped out once we receive and inspect the original.

Original Delivery Charge +

Delivery charges are not refunded unless the item arrived faulty.

Multiple Orders +

Please return each order separately using the correct QR code provided, as every order must be identified and processed individually. A £3.50 return charge applies to each order returned, even when several orders are placed in the same parcel. This charge contributes towards the return postage and the separate administration and handling required to process each order.

For example: one order returned = £3.50; two orders = £7.00; three orders = £10.50. Charges will not apply to items confirmed as faulty by our Customer Service team.

International Returns +

Use a tracked service at your cost. Postage refunded only for confirmed faulty/incorrect items

Please return your item(s) using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance ensuring postage is pre-paid to the following address:

Fair Use Returns Policy

We review accounts with consistently high or unusual return activity. Misuse may result in restricted returns or declined future orders.
