This skirt definitely has the wow factor!

The skirt has two layers, an underskirt of stretchy viscose material and the top layer a generous amount of tulle fabric.

Elasticated waist band in satin with a satin ribbon bow in the front for decorative purpose.

Free size - fitting up to a size 12

Length 93 cms

100% Polyester. Lining 95% Viscose, 5% elastic 

All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.

For tops and dresses, pit-to-pit is measured straight across the garment from underarm to underarm. For trousers and skirts, the waist and hips are measured straight across while laid flat.
